Patient Servies Representative (Part Time) North Sound Family Medicine is seeking a patient service rep to work 20-24 hours per week, with additional hours as needed. Work hours include 4, 4 -hour weekday shifts and 4-8 hours on Saturdays. The responsibilities for this position include greeting patients upon arrival, obtaining and entering accurate demographic and insurance information, answering and routing incoming telephone calls and scheduling appointments. The Patient Service Representative acts as a patient advocate, assisting the patient in whatever way is needed. This position requires an upbeat, positive attitude, and excellent patient service and communication skills. Candidates must be strong team players that are able to cheerfully multi-task.
