As we all know, good health is more than good medical care! Exposure to the arts and beneficial community connections are among the non-medical components of a healthy lifestyle that sometimes get forgotten!

Dr. Jim Moren and I would like to invite you to the 20th Anniversary Spring Concert of the Kulshan Chorus this Saturday night, May 17 at 8p.m in the Bellingham High School Auditorium. We both sing in the chorus and are very excited about the upcoming program, which features an energetic and eclectic mix of the Kulshan Chorus’ greatest hits from the last 20 years, that will amuse, inspire and uplift all who attend, and no doubt add years to your life.

For this concert, we are joined by the premier R&B band, Paul Klein and the Atlantics. The chorus will perform an incredible mélange of songs that includes South African freedom songs, sacred music, R&B, Rock and Roll and indigenous American tunes. You will be "Dancing in the Street, while wearing your "Travelin Shoes", and singing "Ubi Caritas"!

We invite you to attend and we would be so pleased to see you there.
